Framed butterfly mementos

I love nothing more than having personal mementos on display and thanks to the Orchard@Tesco's I received a £5 of voucher to spend on any of their home ware products so I chose a lovely grey picture frame to display some mementos.

I've been wanting to frame some mementos from a trip I took with my husband to Las Vegas for a while, so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to use them. It is really simple to display mementos all you need is a picture frame, paper or card, scissors and some glue.

I previously cut the butterfly shapes with a Martha Stewart punch which I had lying around. You can purchase these at any craft store or websites. I arranged the shapes onto paper and played around with the layout until I was happy. When I was finally happy with the layout I stuck them down onto some paper with some glue and put the paper into the frame. To get the correct size of the paper remove the back of the frame and draw round it using it as a template and then cut out.
